Nanjicheon park, Seoul, Bunting? (1 Viewer)

Greetings,
I saw a little bunting-sized mostly brown/greyish bird, save from small white lines along the wing-tips, on the ground in the first snow, eating seeds from a small plant.
A friend suggested Black-faced Bunting, which seems quite reare in that area. I suspect it's probably one of the more common species like a Yellow-throated Bunting. Or not bunting at all? I recorded a video, the photo is a frame from that same video.

Date: November 27, 12:52.
Also, I just realized three Black-faced Buntings were indeed recorded on December 1 not too far away, according to Ebird.

Thank you for your help!

Fem/1st w Common Rosefinch

Grahame

It actually looks more like a female Common Rosefinch to me - rather plain overall colour, not heavily streaked, weak head pattern (eg no obvious supercilium), pale fringes to tertials, forked tail.
Checking on eBird, it seems like that is also unusual in Korea so late in the season. Pallas's and Long-tailed Rosefinchs are more likely based on the season, but don't fit with the appearance (especially the weak streaking) so I'd still go with a late Common.

Edit: cross-posted with Grahame
