Have been puzzling over this bird is it a Shikra or a sparrowhawk?
Snapped it today 29 Sept 2021
Location. Mount Abu Rajasthan India

Dark barring across the whole length and width of the belly suggests sparrowhawk.

It's a female Eurasian Sparrowhawk, in addition to extensively barred underparts noted by Butty, it has 6 fingers whereas, Shikra has 5, and the remiges are strongly barred.
