Here are four birds from the lowlands of Nepal (Bardia NP) last March. Any suggestions would be useful.

I think I would opt for Indian Nuthatch for no.1, based on the pale grey crown and nape and the shape of the eyestripe (angling downwards on the side of the neck).

I think 3 & 4 are female Grey Bushchat.
