Do you recommend eyeglass wearers who experience blackouts to dial the eye relief up?
If by that you mean unscrew the eyecups so they are further from the ocular AND if the blackouts are caused by being too close …. then yes.

With glasses, you are still too close? Seems a bit odd.
Living in the USA I would check out the Vortex pricing at BH Photo Video. They have a setup where they have the usual retail price and you can request that they email you their special price. The special price is from 20-40 percent less and this is for new merchandise. Easy to make returns if you decide you do not like the binoculars. The Vortex Viper are a great value and have a lifetime warranty from Vortex which is based in the United States.
