New member to the flock (1 Viewer)

Dear members,

I’m sure this thread title isn’t original. But where else can one use it?!

I have loved watching birds all my life but never really deep dived into trying to identify them. This has changed the last two years and I have bought a number of books on birds and have been reading up on relevant stuff.

At moment I am on the island of Texel which is well known for its birding opportunities.
