New Svbony sv406p ED eyepiece rattles? (1 Viewer)

Hello, I am using the translator.
The svbony sv406p ED purchased on Amazon arrived yesterday.
Today I used it and when I turn the wheel to change the zoom it made some small noises. Besides that when you take out the eyepiece and "shake" it in your hand (not hard) you hear and notice "something" moving inside. Something similar to when you shake a cylinder that has another shorter cylinder inside. These noises and "movements" are not too big, but they are noticeable.

I have to say that the quality of the image of the scope surprised me, it seems very good (I am newbie in scopes but it's better than I expected). Maybe it seems to me that at the minimum zoom (20x), the circle that forms the entire image is a little small and as you increase the zoom the circle of the image gets bigger (I suppose this is normal?)

What have I do about the eyepiece sounds/rattles? Is this normal or should I notify Amazon?

Thank you so much.

Update: I have spoken with technical service of the brand and they tell me that since it is a zoom eyepiece, there may be a minimum "rattle" or noise, but it does not affect the useful life of the product.
By the way good and fast response of the technical service of Svbony.

You live and learn!
I was rather sceptical when I read of the answer from Svbony's technical service but went and checked out the 25-60x zoom eyepiece on my Kowa 883.
It does indeed emit a slight rattle when shaken and that's an eyepiece costing nearly €700, so you shouldn't worry. :)

My Baader zoom has a bit of rattle in too. Sometimes if the eyepiece is not screwed together tightly you can get a tiny bit of rattle of the elements. If the view is good I’d probably leave it alone, but check it does t get worse.
