I would assume it iS from actual owners of the binocular or I don't know how they would know the eye cups stick and they didn't get the correct objective covers. What I am saying is this new product may have some teething pains and it might be wise to wait awhile before purchasing one. I am not trying to besmirch them. I am sure they are fine binoculars.</blockquote>
