Any more pictures. Looks damp, so that’s making it look darker than life, plus colour is very saturated in the photo, so that’s distracting. It’s probably obvious but it’s not coming to me at the moment. 🧐

The tail recalls spinetails but this isn't one. Perhaps it's a whitethroat or similar.

It has a white outer tail feather, so Common Whitethroat seems to be a good call.

I still hope for someone that can adjust the colours to a real, natural level, but I agree with all, this has to be a Common Whitethroat. What a nice pitfall picture, thanks for sharing.

Apparently re-identified as a bicknell’s thrush!!! I’m not convinced

Now that you mention it seems likely - a feeding adult Bicknell's Thrush 8/... Can't believe it to be a serious suggestion.

I don't think there are any spots on its throat, just wet feathers. Also even allowing for the colour saturation of the image it's got buff coloured sides and chest. The apparent light coloured outer tail feathers have also been pointed out. I agree on sylvia warbler, probably a female whitethroat.

Actually there has! A well photographed bird on Scilly from October 1986 was thought to be Bicknell's but in the end I think a well marked Grey-cheeked couldn't be ruled out
