That's the new one, but I'm not sure why they have it listed as discontinued. These are still up on Nikons site and they aren't discontinued. Maybe that camera store isn't carrying it anymore and therefore mark it as "discontinued". You can buy this binocular online from many other sources including Nikon direct.
