Hi,

I am sure this should be easy but I cannot make my mind up what this bird is. Mallard sized but dark beak and eyeline are confusing me. I am sure it is nothing special, but I would still like to know what it is. It was on the sea.

Thanks. That was my first thought, but it didn't look quite right (there were two of them and they both looked the same).
