Better at spotting them than identifying them
Hi,

I am sure this should be easy but I cannot make my mind up what this bird is. Mallard sized but dark beak and eyeline are confusing me. I am sure it is nothing special, but I would still like to know what it is. It was on the sea.

Thanks for any suggestions.
