Not a Lesser Jacana? (Western Ethiopia) (1 Viewer)

Among the various water birds enjoying the unique design of the Abobo dam I thought I spotted a Lesser Jacana, which I mainly IDed by size relative to the many African Jacanas at the location.

However, upon review of my photos - including this very helpful comparative shot attached - it seems to me that this is actually just a very very small Jacana. Am I simply looking at a juvenile here?
