The same here, Val! I have just noticed the moon is still clearly visible.

Blackbirds, Blue & Coal (1) Tits, Dunnocks, Woodies and Magpies in the garden early this morning.

We had the daylight moon on Monday too Pam. It was a glorious day, although despite the sun you could still sense autumn trying to bite.
Today is much the same, bright and sunny, little wind, but we have a 'mackeral sky' so looks like rain is on the way.

The moon is visible again today, Joe! Sunny here but cool in the shade, as you say Autumn is trying to bite!

I have just come home from being out for much of the morning and lunchtime and am astonished at just how warm it is in the sheltered spots. Lovely!

Overcast to start, then the sun came through at 9.30 and it turned into another beautiful golden autumn day. 15°c.

Distinctly Autumn today here in Cambs. Dull, cool, bit of a breeze. I loved it though, had a drive out and the farmland was all pigeons and plovers like it should be at this time of year.

Very dull today but still warmish

The weather forecast is supposed to be sunny and warm this week too. :gh:

Overcast again and drizzle. Mild at 11.4c.

A Heron flew over again this morning, it is getting to be a regular this last week.

Complete change here today. Never the same two days running. We had the warmth and sunshine that many of you had yesterday.

Hooray the sun is almost shining today and 12.9c after a dreadfully wet and dreary day yesterday!

Plenty of Woodies again and the usual in for brekkie! I saw a flock of 50+ birds over the house this morning whilst pegging me washing out! Too high for me to make out but I reckon they were Redwings or Starlings or Fieldfares or...whatever, they were a large flock!o:D
