Could you please comment on the following rufinus "intermediate" rufous/dark morph captured before yesterday in NE Bulgaria?

there is a similar bird in Forsman "Flight Identification of Raptors" (2016) labeled dark rufous morph, but it's an adult; quote:"birds of this colour morph often show fine, black barring on tail, with the subterminal band only marginally broader than the others"
So this should be a juvenile of that dark rofous morph
