Odd Slaty-backed Gull from Hokkaido, Japan. (1 Viewer)

Last year I visited Hokkaido in early June, and in Rauso Harbour I checked out the local gull roost.
Mostly Slaty-backed Gulls with single Glaucous-winged and Black-tailed Gull as well, but one gull didn't quite fit in.
Plumagelike it looked like a 4th cal. Slaty-backed Gull, but the jizz was more akin to Lesser Black-backed Gull, with a more slender hind body, and less heavy streaking on head.
Maybe it's just a sick (?) Slaty-backed Gull....any other opinions?
