Odd Stonechat Epping Forest, or variation on a “rubicola” theme? (1 Viewer)

Got a text with images from a colleague Richard Saville yesterday, regarding a pale contrasty Stonechat that he’d found on forest land.
These were the images taken on the day, bird was not seen today, my points of interest concerned the seemingly pale eyebrow, extensive white collar, outer tail margins, and wing flashes.
Might these just show a variation on “rubicola” or something else, what might the consensus be if any?

Cheers
