Ohio near Lake Erie, need help with ID (1 Viewer)

Can anyone help identifying this little bird. Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge, OH, US. It was there and gone, with just enough time to take a few shots. No sound, no distinguishing behavior. On the border of wooded area and Lake Erie.
