Olive-sided Flycatcher or Pewee?, Washoe Valley NV (1 Viewer)

I saw this bird at Davis Creek Park in Washoe Valley south of Reno Nevada June 5, 2020. At first I thought it was a Western Pewee but Olive-sided Flycatchers are also observed at this park (although less so than Pewees). The photos only show his underside but I was wondering if they are sufficient to distinguish between these two birds. Is the coloration of this bird's breast sufficient to fit the description "well-delineated dark vest with a white center"? Any insight would be appreciated!

This is a Western Wood-Pewee. The throat doesn't contrast enough, the chest has a yellowish wash and it is not large enough. Olive-sided is a big bird, they approach the size of the Myiarchus flycatchers, though still noticeably smaller. They also almost always take very prominent perches.
