Hi Sancho, I have had a bit of a think and I reckon I can take more photos tomorrow with the image quality changed on the camera beforehand to have fewer pixels. Assuming I can work out how to use the new fangled camera given to me by work. Pesky gadgets! Mind you it's easier than sending a photocopy to all BF members. I'll try again tomorrow when the beer has worn off. Looking forward to more birding with the Minervas over the weekend. Will let you know any further opinions/observations. it's going to be quite rainy though. I could always test their weather proofing!? If I still like them as much as I did initially I may be a porro convert, I really like the different quality to the view. Everything seems easier to separate from each other. It all kind of stands out, if you know what I mean. I never understood what people meant by the 3D effect before. I am starting to fantasise about 8x30 EIIs for dry weather and Swaro 8x30Ws for wet weather. Quite why i think I need both I don't know. Oh yes, that's it the Nikon has an extra degree of fov and the Swaro has a stiff focus so I definitely need both. Must keep myself under control! B (:
