Owl feather ID (1 Viewer)

BirdPics

Essex birder living in Ireland
This feather has sparked a bit of a debate on Twitter, it was found yesterday evening in Co. Kilkenny. The feather itself was found in a wooded area with Barn Owls nesting only a few hundred feet away. When I first posted it people immediately said Barn Owl with a few saying Long-eared, now today I'm getting a lot of Long-eared Owl arguments and I myself now think the colouring is more LEO than Barn. Opinions?
