I'm struggling with this unassuming moth that I found in the trap this morning. I've been pondering Square-spot Rustic and Ingrailed Clay but can't seem to pin it down. Any help would be much appreciated.

TIA

Adam

EDIT: How about Rustic Shoulder Knot?
