I'm going to Oxford University for an interview next week, and I'd like to do some birding while I'm in the area. Any tips on spots within walking distance (or public transport distance) from campus? I'll have at least a morning free in the area.

I'm also interested in mammals: Badger, Dormouse, Hedgehog, etc. Is spotlighting allowed?
