Dear Members and bird watchers

I spotted the Pacific Golden Plover in Khok Kham. Easy to ID as a male in breeding plumage as this is the only bird in my book "Birds of Thailand" with yellow/ orange feathers on the back

Picture #1

Picture #2 is the question. It is a Pacific Golden Plover, again, as this is the only bird in my book "Birds of Thailand" with yellow/ orange feathers on the back.

Is this an adult moulting in to breeding plumage or is it an juvenile?

Kind regards and happy birding
Aladdin
