This was taken Oct 3. 2024 at Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center in Port Aransas, TX, USA. The bird has yellowish legs and a slightly decurved bill. I believe likely either a Least or Semipalmated SP. Any thoughts?

This was taken Oct 3. 2024 at Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center in Port Aransas, TX, USA. The bird is a very generic-looking duck. There are several of these around. All are either female or non-breeding plumage birds. No hint of green or blue like the teals. Any thoughts?
