Pewee? New Mexico USA (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone. I believe this is a western wood pewee. Photos taken a few days ago in the mountains of northern New Mexico, USA. Sorry for the low quality but these are the best ones I got.

The third photo shows what looks like a dark collar on the bird but that is a shadow from one of the tree branches, not a collar. Also the tail has what look like black tips but that is a shadow as well.

Thanks for any help.

Thanks, the only thing I could think of was maybe a willow or dusky flycatcher, but I think those would have at least a slight eye ring.
