Photo storage in the 'Field'. (1 Viewer)

I may get a chance in 2021 to get into the wild for a fortnight. My problem is I do not know what is a good way to store photos off the cards in my Nikon D500.I have seen these things recommended,

If one of these is suitable is there a specific small lap top or tablet that could work between the D500 and storage device? I shoot raw.

With the price of SD cards it is more cost effective, more compact and more resilient to just get some more cards.
No batteries, no wires and you can't loose all your photos in one hit.

I am the author of the referenced OWC Envoy Pro Ex 2TB external ssd referenced in Acid John's post #1. As a professional photographer, I backup my images at the end of every day while on a shoot. I leave the card in my Nikons with the images, but by backing up the card daily, I am assured that I never loose an image due to a technology failure.
