Yes,
I agree with you Ody, its a 1 cy Tawny Pipit. With a little bit of whishful thinking you can see the right wagtail-like build (have the feeling that the small head in realtion to the body makes this jizz in you bird). Colouration, spotted upperparts, complete lack of streaks to belly and flanks (very rare at best in juvenile Meadow and Tree) is also good for a Tawny.
