The Eponym Dictionary of Birds claims:
Tallmans' Fruiteater Pipreola riefferii tallmanorum O'Neill & T. A. Parker, 1981 [Alt. Black-headed Fruiteater]
Ornithologists Dr Dan Allen Tallman (b.1947) and Dr Erika J. Tallman (b.1949) are married, and live in Minnesota. He was a Professor Biology, Northern State University, Aberdeen, South Dakota (1979–2006). Louisiana State University (LSU), Baton Rouge, awarded his master's and his doctorate (1979). He is associated with the Patuxent Wildlife Research Center's Bird Banding Program and was editor of South Dakota Bird Notes. He also co-wrote The Birds of South Dakota (1991). She also gained her master's and doctorate at LSU, and was Chief Information Officer for the Northern State University, Aberdeen, South Dakota (1981–2007). They have published a great many articles, jointly and separately, in national and international journals. They discovered a new bird taxon, the Pardusco Nephelornis oneillii, whilst Dan was undertaking fieldwork in Peru for his master's thesis.

Yes so another case of wife incorporating her maiden name. Erika Jansic Tallman was Erika Jansic before her marriage in 1977. Couple live in Olympia Washington today.
