The photos are of poor quality, the birds were too fast. But maybe it's still possible to ID them?

They're small passerines. The black kite is a tiny dot.
Size can't be estimated here I suppose. Anyways checking of pic 2 & 3 makes me think otherwise as told. They look more like sparrows, could even be a lark but that would be unlikely for Delhi unless its somewhere around Sultanpur.

I am assuming that larks would be unlikely, and I am not too sure wether it's been seen in the area of sighting.
