Hello,

I hope it's allowed to ask for ID for several birds in one thread.. it's just that I have quite a few I don't recognize at all or am unsure about o:D

Bird 1
(Buzzard? I'm never sure with those predatory birds, kinda all look the same in flight to me)

Bird 2
(Shrike, right?)

Bird 3
(no idea)

Bird 4
(some sort of thrush, but which? They all look so similar)

Bird 5
(song thrush?)

Bird 6
(this one is driving me nuts.. if needed I have several more pics of him as well as some recordings of his loud, very varied song)

Bird 7
(spotted flycatcher?)

Bird 8
(no idea)

Bird 9
(had no idea at first.. now I'm thinking maybe a young robin?)

Bird 10
(reed warbler?)

Some of the images are pretty bad, sorry for that. Hope some of you pros can help me out! |=)|

1) Buzzard 2) Red-backed Shrike 3) Buzzard 4) juv Song Thrush 5) juv Song Thrush 6) Icterine Warbler 7) Spot Fly 8) Redstart 9) juv Redstart 10) Whitethroat

Very quickly, I am not 100% sure:

common buzzard, male red-backed shrike, common buzzard, juv song thrush, adult song thrush, icterine warbler, spotted flycatcher, redstat, juv common? redstart, whitethroat.

And, natuerlich, time for a schoenes Collins bird guide :)

I feel kind of stupid now, but I need help for another bird:

Raven or crow?

I've read about the differences between ravens and crows and even watched a youtube video but I still can't decide which it is. My guess would be crow..?
