Also saw three Short-toed snake eagles today. Lots of bee eaters
And at night a Black-crowned night heron taking a quick dip in the pool (or catching an insect?) two meters away from us!

That’s awesome, haven’t managed bee eaters yet but had my first serin, bcn heron and ST eagle as well this year. Good luck on the rest of your trip.
