Plover - American Golden or Black-bellied? (1 Viewer)

Seen in Southern Ontario on Friday. I am leaning towards American Golden because of the white supercilium and fine black stripe behind the eye, and because it doesn't look as block-headed as BBPL. But... shouldn't the primaries should stick out a bit more behind the tail?

Juveniles of both species are regularly seen on the site are this time of year.

Thoughts?
