I have identified this dark bird as Pluvialis apricaria. Correct?

Agree as all the others in the pictures , but if the picture have been taken recently that moult in principle is quite delayed.

Agree with Rogerio that it is a Golden Plover and the time of year would be a helpful after thought to aid ID!

I assume Ryszard means that the ‘moult’ has been delayed not ‘mount’!
