Possible Laughing Gull? or Parasitic Jaeger? on Georgian Bay, Ontario Sept 14, 2024 (1 Viewer)

I took some photos of an unusual looking gull-like bird on Georgian Bay on Sept 14, 2024. The closest matches I could find were a Laughing Gull (mostly due to the dark breast and head), or a Parasitic Jaeger (the overall shape, plus the white around the neck and throat are similar). I have posted some photos below. Does anyone know what it is?
