Possible Northern Parula - Song recording (1 Viewer)

Recorded this as a possible Northern Parula 20 May 2020, in San Pedro Valley Park, Pacifica, California. Not sure of the ID. Parula is a rarity in California although it occurs annually with most records in Spring.

The pitch seems off, but the song seems right. Maybe just the quality of the recording?

Not sure what it could be. Song pattern kind of fits parula, but I think the buzz is off and the end note seems oddly whistled, almost like a flycatcher.

Many thanks. Local experts agree that this song is most likely a Bewick's Wren and not a Northern Parula.
