Possible Orange-crowned Warbler in Northern VA, USA (1 Viewer)

Hi,
My first post!
Two days ago, December 30, 2017, a bird I thought at first was a Ruby-crowned Kinglet was playing in the azalea bushes in front of my house, but photos showed it to be more likely an Orange-crowned Warbler.
Since the weather is unusually cold and Orange-crowneds are more frequent in the West I would like some verification.
The eye ring was on top and bottom of the eye, not forward or to the rear. There were no wing bars. The under-tail coverts were yellow while the vent area was whitish. I'm guessing that the rest of the coloring of the bird was gray-yellow-green.
Two photos are attached.
