I am with the Post Office but you have to watch them. At the moment I am paying £10 line rental, anytime phone £20 per quarter and £23 broadband, the display feature is free, Last March my broadband was off for a month and I told three engineers when they came 'when the wind blows' the phone goes off'. Well! they said the fault must be in the house and I would say over and over again it can't be and then they changed the phone, replaced wires, fiddled and faffed about. Then the fourth man came and he brought a ladder, which the others had not bothered to bring, also he carried a meter and he actually stood and listened to me and again I said when the wind blows I have no phone. Well he said the fault must be outside. After half an hour he said there is no fault here it must be further down the road and sure enough it was in next doors garden high in the trees, two wires were worn and when the wind blew they touched each other and out went my phone. Back on line, all my worries over until, 9th July the nice Post Office sent me a bill for £144 for engineers charges, my blood started to boil and I got an email address and sent the letter of all letter, had to wait three weeks for a reply and I got a letter saying the charges had all been dropped and apologised for any inconveniences caused. I nearly changed then but the call bases are either in the UK or Ireland and its not too bad getting through, but just watch them, crafty monkeys.
