Hello all,

Could you help me in identifying this bird call? (Please find the audio file).
I heard this sound during sunrise and sunset time at a hill station in a place called Vagamon, Kerala, India.

It sounds a bit like a raptor, but I can't get any closer than that. I'm sure someone else will be along very soon to help you though.
