Presumed Yellow-Browed Warbler. (1 Viewer)

Isn't leucism just lacking melanin? So if one of the base colours other than "melanic" was yellow then those areas will seem yellowish, and those other areas without yellow as a base colour show as white? I read this as leucistic, but I'm far from expert on it of course
