Problem with my binos (1 Viewer)

I own a pair of Bresser Condor 10x42 binoculars , and ive recently noticed that the focus wheel is getting harder to turn , its not as fluid as it was 2 years ago when i bought it ( i compared them with another pair of the same binos that my uncle has for the same period of time)
My warranty has expired, and i was thinking if there is some type of repair that i can do at home to avoid sending them to the manufacturer , so i dont have to wait for them and avoid payment .

I would just buy these Bresser Condor 8x42 for $44.99 on eBay. It is probably not worth the time and effort trying to repair yours with a doubtful outcome.
