Pygmy cormorant ? - Poland (1 Viewer)

Hi
I saw this cormorant flying overhead, it looked small with a tail almost as long as a neck with a head. Unfortunately,, with a specific shape. The photos are from a worse perspective - can you recognize?

Another for Pygmy cormorant. In one shot the shape of the tail is what you’d expect from a Cormorant species & the short neck, small head & bill fits Pygmy very well.
 
Sorry it's so late, thank you so much for all your help. I was able to get an expert opinion - also confirmed that it is 100% pygmy!
