Greetings,
Novice birder looking for an identification for this small bird seen near sunset in Al Bidda Park in Doha. There are three on the fence, two up top and one down lower. The fence width was either one inch or two inches at most so these are pretty small birds. I could only get one picture before they flew off. At first I thought they would be some sort of martin/swift/swallow as the call was a ticking kind of echolocation. Since they are on the fence all methods of using the photo for identification have failed. I was given Indian Siverbill and African Silverbill but they do not have the white line on the wing.
Thanks for any help
