Raptor Cyprus (1 Viewer)

Can anyone tell me which species of raptor I photographed 2 days ago in northern Cyprus?

Probably worth awaiting confirmation from the likes of @lou salomon or @tconzemi but it appears to be a rather heavily worn Long legged buzzard (2cy?) to me - long winged, heavy bill, dark carpals and belly/legs, pale head.

Sounds plausible. I had the feeling that it was bigger than a Buteo, but I keep being surprised how large Long-legged Buzzards can appear IRL
