Hello,
I have these bad pictures, can these be Lesser Spotted Eagle ands Sparrowhawk(or Levant Spattowhawk)?

please load up the original pics as soon as possible instead of the screen shots from your camera, and also mention the date of the pics.
the accipiter looks like a goshawk to me due to long arm and apparently subdued (not visible here?) barring to remiges.
the second bird is an eagle and very very likely a lesser spotted eagle, but with this pic quality i'd not rely just on short 7 th finger and shortish tail.

The large one is indeed very likely a lesser spotted eagle. For the sparrowhawk id I need the original picture.
