Out of range for Keoladeo. Long-Legged and Steppe Buzzards are default buteos here in winter. Resident Buzzards (non-buteos) are OHB and White Eyed.

A White-Eyed young as suggested but can't think of any pointers.
It's at Ranthambore but yes, W-e Buzzarrd is of course right, don't know why I didn't think of that.
