Raptor seen in Madeira ti ID (1 Viewer)

While going through old photos I came across the attached one of a raptor taken in Madeira on 1st February 2017.
Help to identify it would be appreciated.

Yes, 2cy ("immature") Common Buzzard.

Tail shorter than the width of the tail and 5 "fingers" (external primaries) are good clues for this genus (Buteo) all over Western Palearctic. The only Buteo in Madeira is Buteo buteo.
