I am heading to India in October for six weeks or so; mostly on tours, but I am landing in Chennai several days before to deal with jet lag and try to get a bit acclimated. I have arranged a home stay in Thettekad Bird Sactuary near the end of the month, but would be interested in birding the coast or marshlands around Chennai. Any suggestions of specific people or groups to reach out to? Thanks
