Record year for Corncrakes on Tiree (1 Viewer)

All good stuff. I saw quite a few crakes when I was there in Spring. They occasionally show very well out on the roads. If you stand near where one is calling and wait long enough they normally show. I also had my great views of Basking sharks from both the mainland and the ferry.

Go to visit Tiree. I urge you all. It's well worth the visit and locals are dead friendly and helpfull.
