Replacement T-adapter for Celestron Regal M2 (1 Viewer)

I bought a used Celestron Regal M2 80 ED. I already own a Celestron Ultima 100 and have a T-ring for Canon EF mount cameras. But when I tried to put the T-ring on the Regal I realized it was too big to screw onto the eyepiece. After some internet searches it seems there is an adapter ring that comes with the Regal. I contacted the original owner, but he doesn’t have the ring and probably lost it since he didn’t do digiscoping.
I’ve looked on Celestron, Amazon and B&H Photo and Google searched but I can’t find any place that sells a replacement adapter ring. I’ve also contacted Celestron in hopes they have a spare one kicking around. Seems crazy that there wouldn’t be a replacement for sale somewhere when it is something easy to lose and absolutely essential to digiscoping with the Regal.
Anyone know where to buy one of these adapter rings? This isn’t the actual T-ring, but an adapter ring that screws onto the Regal eyepiece and onto which the T-ring is attached.

So, I’m still waiting to hear back from the Celestron parts department. In the meantime, I’ve learned from different forum posts that the ring adapter is an M37 to T2 adapter or more specifically, an M37x.75 female to M42x.75 male adapter ring. There are many similar rings for sale on eBay, but they either have the male/female reversed or the thread spacing is 1 instead of .75. The measurements have to be exact.
I did find one online retailer who sells them, but they are in the UK and do not ship to Canada. Adapter ring for various 8-24mm zoom eyepieces

ps. I realize I’m having this discussion with myself, but hoping someone might still come by with a solution or at least some other poor sap who lost their ring adapter might find the information here useful.
