request advice re: yellow wagtail, September, Lancashire, UK (1 Viewer)

I would be grateful for tips on the photo attached please as I lack experience in these.
I put it down as flavissima but if possible would like advice as to whether this is correct. Also as to sex if possible ( I thought female having looked in the guide). Also would it be and adult or a juvenile.
I apologize for the poor quality of photo.
