request help w. Red-backed Shrike (1 Viewer)

Hello. Please may I seek advice regarding a bird photographed in Bulgaria 2019.
It would seem to be a RBS. Please does anyone know whether it is a female or a juvenile. Also what features distinguisih it as that species as opposed to possible other Shrike species?

1st-winter, see the scaling on crown, mantle and scapulars. 1w Red-backed have more obvious scaling on upperparts than Isabelline/Turkestan which are also sandier/browner.
